How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and a unique tracking ID to monitor your package in real-time.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

What payment methods do you accept?

Sudathi accepts all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.

Are your products authentic and of high quality?

Yes, we take pride in our craftsmanship. All Sudathi products undergo a rigorous multi-level quality check to ensure premium fabric and finish before they reach you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
